Parent Teacher Conference Sign-up

The portal will open for parent signups on January 3rd at 8am and will close on Jan 20th at midnight.

January 24th from 3:00pm-6:30pm
February 7th  from 3:00pm-6:30pm

* The Talent Show on Friday, at 7pm, will be raising money for Families in Transition which serves the homeless men, women and children of Manchester, Concord and Dover. Tickets for the show will be $5 or a donation of a new pair of pajamas

* The Talent Show raised over $2000 last year....we're aiming to better this!

* We have a band, 2 singers who play the guitar, a singer who plays the piano, two duets, 3 solo artists, a magician and a rubrics cube act!!

* There will be no more boring judges between acts, just a little bit of entertainment and some of your favorite Christmas songs

Update for Lurgio Witch Way Fun Run on Saturday, October 27th

It looks like the Wicked Witch of the West is playing a cruel trick on us with the weather for the Lurgio Witch Way Fun Run on Saturday, October 27th. Instead of a tornado, we are getting a Nor'easter. In keeping with our theme of more FUN, we have decided to move our fundraiser indoors, which means we have been able to add more games and activities for the whole family to enjoy.

While we won’t be able to trick or trot down County Road, we will be taking our bibbed participants through the school to visit our Halloween-themed pit stops on a journey that culminates in the gymnasium and dining hall with the fun activities of our Witch Way Family Fun Fest. In addition to the costume contest and raffles prizes, we will also have Halloween-themed crafts, inflatable bounce houses, face painting, pumpkin decorating, and so much more!

Intersession Sign-ups


The Intersession website now has the programs listed, as well as program descriptions under the sign-up tab at the top of the Intersession website.  Please take a look at all the programs we are offering this year!


Registration is as follows:
Senior sign-ups start 10/23 at 8 pm.
Junior sign-ups start 10/30 at 8 pm.
Sophomore sign-ups start 11/6 at 8 pm.
Freshman sign-ups begin 11/13 at 8 pm

For students who miss their sign-ups, they will have the chance on 11/19 or 11/20
to sign up.

Parent Teacher Conference Sign-up - October 15th - October 28th


Conference  signups begin on Monday October 15th at 8am and will go  through October 28th at midnight.

Conferences are November 1st from 4:30pm to 8:00pm and 
November 5th from 3:00pm to 6:30pm

PTC Wizard - Parent Teacher Conference Signups
This is a new website this year, so you will have to create an account and attach your students to your account. Follow the steps listed below to create an account with PTC Wizard and sign-up for Parent Teacher Conferences. The signup process is easy, just follow the onscreen instructions.
Step 1: Go to this website https://sau25bhs.ptcwizard.com/parent
Step 2: Click Create Account
Step 3: Enter the requested information and click the REGISTER button to create your parent account

Step 4: Before Adding a Meeting, click on the Account Settings at the top right of the screen. The My Profile page allows you to add your children who attend Bedford High School. This will make the signup process quicker throughout the process. Be sure to click SAVE at the end.

Step 5: Check the box selecting the conference you are signup up for. Click the CONTINUE button
Step 6: Scroll through the teacher list and select a teacher to setup a conference with and hit CONTINUE.

Step 7: Select the DAY in the upper right corner, then select the corresponding timeslot. If you will be prompted to select a specific child for this conference. Then click CONTINUE.

Step 9: When you finished setting up conferences with teachers, you will see a listing of them here. You can sort this screen by any of the columns by simply clicking the checkbox associated with each column. This is your itinerary for PTC. You can click the email button to receive an email.

PSAT & Bus Information for 10/10/18



  • Test Taker Information
  • All test takers will report to school at regular time and will need to be in test rooms by 7:50 ready to test.  Room Assignments have been sent via email to all test takers
  • All test takers will be in classrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Sophomores will report to assignments on the third floor and all other test takers will report to assignments on the second floor.

  • Oct 10 will be a half day of school for non-test takers, with testing occurring in the first half of the day and S3 and S4 classes for all students the second half. We will be running two bus pick-up runs on the test day.  
    • First run - students arrive at regular time (around 7:40)
    • Second run - students may begin to arrive by 11:00. Advisory for all grades begins at 11:15 a.m.  Bus run times here.
  • Testing starts promptly at 7:55am
  • Non-test Taker Information
  • For all other students attending only the second half of the day, school starts at 11:15 a.m. Students will report to advisory and then attend 3rd block. 
  • Students will follow their regular block S3 and S4 schedule.  
  • Students will attend their regularly scheduled lunch period.
  • All 9th,10th, and 11th grade students are expected to attend S3 & S4 classes.

BHS Parking


August 20th parking letters will be mailed out to students. Applicants that were pulled for the BHS lottery will receive the rules and parking passes to affix to their car. All other applicants will have their check returned and receive a letter explaining town parking. Town spots are held for BHS lottery applicants. Students will need their NH driver's license and a check for $125 to the Town of Bedford. Town Parking will be available at 8:00 a.m. August 20th.

Bedford Crew Registration

Registration for Bedford Crew is now open to anyone who will be attending BHS this fall and wants to row.  No prior experience necessary!  Pre-season starts August 20th and runs through the end of October.  Deadline for paperwork and payment is July 1st.  For more information or to request a registration packet, please email bedfordcrewnh@gmail.com

Graduation Information 2018

Graduation will be held rain or shine on June 16th at 10:00am.  
Weather permitting the outdoor ceremony will be in Bulldog Stadium.  
If it rains we will hold the ceremony in the Gymnasium.
The BHS website will be our primary source for disseminating
information regarding the location of the ceremony.
The following information pertains to a 10:00am outdoor graduation
   Each senior will be given one parking pass for the upper lot that they can use either for
themselves or for their family.  There will be spots reserved for our handicapped guests
located next to the concession stand.
   The parking and Stadium lot will open at 7:30 sharp.
   Seniors will need to be in the high school by 8:45.
   Seating for guests will be on a first come first serve basis.
   No tickets are necessary for an outside event.
   All guests are asked to be seated by 9:45.
   The Theater will be open for those choosing to watch the graduation streamed into the
Theater. (FYI the Theater is air-conditioned, and no ticket will be required)
   The ceremony will last approximately 2 hours.
   A professional photographer will take pictures of each graduate receiving their diploma.
   We ask that all guests remained seated for the entire graduation ceremony.
   Graduates will receive their diplomas from their Advisors.  The distribution of the diplomas
will be determined by their advisors last name.  
The following information pertains to a rain event at 10:00am.
   The parking lot will open at 7:30 sharp
   Seniors will need to report to the main office by 8:45
   Tickets are required for this event.  Each senior will be given 8 tickets at the rehearsal
on June 15th, (6 tickets for the Gymnasium and 2 for the Theater).
   Everyone is asked to be in your seats by 9:45.
   We ask that all guests remained seated for the entire graduation ceremony.
   Graduates will receive their diplomas from their Advisors.  The distribution of the diplomas
will be determined by their advisors last name.

Rules and Guidelines:
• There are two 85 minute assessment blocks each day
• Students must remain in the classroom for the full assessment time
• Students need to be on time for the assessment; late students are not admitted
• Parents must notify the main office of a student’s absence for it to be excused
• Skipping/cutting an assessment results in a zero
• Scheduling a make-up time must be authorized by an Assistant Principal.
• Students are only required to be at school during the time of their assessments (students do
  not have to be at school during times scheduled for managed time, study hall, or after 12:25)
• Once students leave campus, they cannot return unless they are coming back for after school
 activities at 2:35 pm.
• Students cannot leave campus during the forty-five minute break between assessments.
• The Commons is designated for leisure study, the Library for silent study
• After 12:15, students can only be in the Library or with a teacher

• The end of day buses will leave after lunch at 12:15
