Important: 1-to-1 Chromebook Program Information

The Bedford School Board has approved a 1-to-1 Chromebook Program for the Bedford School District beginning in the fall of 2015 where all students in grades 9 and 10 will need to have a Chromebook for use at school.

We believe this program is a tremendous opportunity for our students and teachers to improve
teaching and learning.

Parents will have three options to purchase a Chromebook:
  • Purchase a Chromebook yourself.
  • Purchase a Chromebook directly from the district with a one-time payment.
  • Lease to Own a Chromebook directly from the district with an annual payment for 3 years.
If you choose not to opt into the program, we will provide your child with a loaner chromebook
during the school day. It will need to be checked in and out daily and must stay at school.

Our 1-to-1 website contains detailed information about the program. We are asking parents to review the Parent Resources section of the website and click on the Program Selection Form link (http://goo.gl/forms/f9yWnIaTcz) to select the option for your student to participate in the program. We hope that parents will submit their selection for their child as soon as possible. This will give us time to secure the best pricing and plan for purchasing and deployment. We will send confirmation of your selection before we finalize and will continue to send information along over the next few weeks.

Attention rising Seniors

BHS 2015 - 2016 Campus Parking
Permits will be on sale for Class of 2016 from May 18-June 5th
Permits will be on sale for BOTH Classes of 2016 & 2017 beginning in August. Exact Date TBD


Attention rising Seniors and rising Juniors!  Applicants must already have their license in hand to be considered for on-campus parking. Seniors will have the first opportunity to apply for parking permits.   Parking permits and parking rules will be mailed home before the start of school.

Class of 2017 ~ Announcements will be made in June as to when we will begin accepting parking permits applications.  All interested Junior applications will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis until campus parking capacity is reached or the end date approaches.

If additional spots are available, a parking lottery will take place in September.

Prom Instructions 2015

Parent Glimpse of a Midnight In Paris ~ Saturday, May 9th from 4 to 5pm Only
**No pictures will be permitted…we try to maintain an element of surprise for the students**



Prom Instructions


~Parents~
*Are invited for Promenade from 6:00pm until 7:30pm
~ viewing will be at the circle entrance


*Are asked to park on the BHS side or the lower parking lot


*Will not be allowed to enter the building after 5pm

~Students~
*Upon arrival you have 2 options for parking
~park yourself in the Lurgio Lot or have your car valet parked by faculty members in the circle


*Students & guests must be in the building by 7:30pm


*Prom ends at 11:00pm -if you leave early you will not be allowed to re-enter the building


*After dinner you will be able to pick up your keys at the registration table

*Hockmeyer Studios will be taking Formal Pictures in Bulldog Corner
